Talent Sourcer – Early Careers

About the role

As a Talent Sourcer for Early Careers, you will join Shell’s global Integrated Resourcing team to attract and engage emerging talent for graduate and early‑career programmes. You will work closely with recruiters and the employer branding team to build diverse pipelines and support hiring across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and screen candidates that meet defined hiring criteria for graduate and early‑career roles.
• Partner with recruiters to design and execute tailored sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, tools and techniques to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Provide market insights, candidate trends and data‑driven recommendations to inform recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job data in recruitment systems and ensure compliance with data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or sourcing, or demonstrable potential.
• Highly motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in an inclusive team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple markets in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms and channels such as search engines and social talent platforms.
• Data‑driven decision making and comfort using recruitment metrics.
• Attention to detail and adherence to process and compliance standards.
