Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist will support the delivery of a consistent, engaging, and scalable onboarding experience for new hires across NCR Voyix. Working closely with HR, hiring managers and cross‑functional partners, the role ensures new employees transition smoothly into the organization and connect with its culture and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple regions, including scheduling sessions and managing communications.
• Maintain onboarding calendars, SharePoint sites and supporting documentation, and assist in creating and distributing onboarding materials.
• Gather feedback from participants and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.
• Support employee experience initiatives, coordinate virtual and in‑person events, and maintain related resources and communications.
• Track program data, produce reports, and assist with continuous‑improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR, employee experience, talent management, learning, onboarding, administration or customer service.
• Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Customer‑service mindset with a passion for helping employees succeed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
