Learning Delivery & Professional Development Specialist (Insurance)

About the role

The Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist will design, implement and deliver learning programs that support BPI AIA’s sales strategy. This role works closely with sales management and partners to ensure training aligns with business objectives and drives performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and deliver the Learning and Performance Development Strategy.
• Identify learning needs through gap analysis, create training plans, and design classes and materials on BPI AIA products and services.
• Prioritize and schedule training initiatives with partners to meet business objectives.
• Develop learning experiences using the 6D’s of Learning, lead delivery, and ensure learning transfer.
• Deliver training programs with clear outcomes for sales organization stakeholders.
• Evaluate post‑learning performance and use analytics to improve programs.
• Lead onboarding training for various sales channels and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in rollout of new products, platforms, and technology solutions.
• Partner with the Partnership Academy and support teams to align training with business outcomes.
• Train, mentor, develop, and coach BPI AIA sellers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry with strong sales training, facilitation and management expertise.
• Background in finance, banking or insurance.
