About the role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant II will act as a senior recruiter within NCR Voyix, supporting the company’s growth by attracting top technical talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to finalizing hires.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract technical candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with department goals.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and candidate experience enhancements.
Required profile
- 6‑9 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
