Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Angkas is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its biker‑partner network. You will work closely with Operations, Safety, Product and Compliance teams to ensure learning initiatives align with platform updates and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑lifecycle education interventions, from onboarding to long‑term retention programs.
• Develop scalable playbooks that codify operational best practices for rapid city roll‑outs.
• Create high‑impact multimedia content using Canva, video editing suites and generative AI tools.
• Coordinate and audit a distributed pool of site trainers to maintain quality and consistency.
• Deliver energetic training sessions directly to biker‑partners and internal trainers.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses, track post‑training performance and refine curricula for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or training facilitation, preferably in logistics or ride‑hailing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Communications, Multimedia Arts or related field; L&D certifications are a plus.
• Strong command of adult learning principles and ability to create accessible curricula for operational audiences.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel to onboarding sites and a valid driver’s license.
