Talent Coordinator

About the role

Page Outsourcing is seeking a Talent Coordinator to build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth onboarding and contract performance across its global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Capture candidate details and initiate onboarding activities.
• Schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Track candidate progress against onboarding checklists and escalate any delays.
• Respond to adverse onboarding elements and close the loop on drop‑outs.
• Educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise delays.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their onboarding status.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal teams to deliver onboarding elements efficiently.
• Generate offer and contract letters, raise facility or system access requests, and book orientation activities.
• Share new‑joiner information packs and manage contractor or temp‑to‑perm conversions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, preferably in an RPO environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
• Proactive, ethical, and a strong team player.
• Customer‑focused with solid understanding of recruitment processes.
