Talent Consultant (HR Business Partner)

About the role

The Talent Consultant (HR Business Partner) works closely with various Talent functions and assigned client groups to drive performance management and people engagement initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison for client groups, supporting talent priorities and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client groups, addressing requests, concerns, and inquiries.
• Support the development and execution of key talent priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional, area, and global Talent teams and other functional stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve employee issues and concerns, including policy implementation and code‑of‑conduct violations.
• Facilitate performance management processes and career development programs.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives using listening tools and surveys.
• Analyze data from pulse surveys, exit interviews, and other sources to identify trends.
