Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist – Night Shift (US Client)

About the role

This position supports US‑based client accounts by managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires in a BPO environment. You will ensure candidates move smoothly from hiring to full deployment while working night‑shift hours on site in Makati.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and support the full onboarding lifecycle of new hires for US client accounts.
• Verify and validate all pre‑employment requirements and maintain accurate onboarding records.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding step and keep them informed of employment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to schedule activities and ensure compliance.
• Provide timely updates on onboarding status to applicants and recruitment teams.
• Support overall hiring operations for US‑based accounts.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of BPO experience handling US‑based accounts.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Background in retail, sales, or technical support is an advantage.
• Willingness to work night‑shift (graveyard) schedule.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Preferably a stable employment history and comfortable in a fast‑paced operational setting.
