About the role
The Senior Business Partner – Talent Acquisition will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives for OceanaGold’s Didipio mine in the Philippines. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent aligned with workforce plans and business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from requisition through onboarding, ensuring alignment with HR best practices.
- Implement sourcing strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and the ATS to attract diverse, qualified candidates nationally and globally.
- Promote OceanaGold’s employer brand and deliver an engaging, respectful candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on branding initiatives, recruitment metrics, and time‑to‑fill to improve hiring efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, streamline processes, and enhance scalability.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions in a mid‑to‑large organization.
- Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning and pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation.
