Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to manage customer orders, ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and keep projects on schedule. This onsite position works the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) at our Clark, Pampanga facility.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and clarify customer order instructions and update CRM quotes with final details.
• Convert quotes, amend Sage records, and generate purchase orders for suppliers.
• Send order acknowledgments to customers and verify supplier acknowledgments against purchase orders.
• Coordinate artwork approvals, chase missing artwork from customers or suppliers, and ensure proof deadlines are met.
• Provide booking details to suppliers, monitor dispatch schedules, and confirm final dispatch dates.
• Maintain comprehensive records in CRM and support training of new Production Coordinators.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in order or production coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must obtain AS (Advertising Specialist) certification and internal Continuous Improvement certification within set timeframes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Sage accounting software.
