Quality Assurance Analyst – Licensed Chemist

About the role

Join the Quality Assurance Laboratory team at Nestlé’s Cabuyao plant and help ensure the safety and quality of food products. You will conduct testing on raw materials, packaging, water, environmental samples and finished goods while following food‑safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in‑process and finished products.
• Validate analytical methods and ensure accurate laboratory testing.
• Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and manage reagents, chemicals and testing supplies.
• Record, analyze and report laboratory results promptly.
• Investigate testing deviations and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety, GLP and ISO 17025 standards.
• Support laboratory audits, quality initiatives and continuous‑improvement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• Registered (licensed) chemist.
• Knowledge of physical and chemical analyses, laboratory instrumentation and quality systems.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
