Production Operator

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to join its San Fernando, Pampanga plant. You will support Process, Blow‑Fill and Downstream operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Process, Blow‑Fill and Downstream equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe working environment through proper housekeeping and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform product sampling checks in assigned areas.
• Ensure all raw materials, packaging, cleaning agents and consumables are available on the production floor.
• Conduct post‑run inventory of raw materials, packaging and factory supplies.
• Shut down machines and follow standard cleaning procedures.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance as required or planned.
• Guide third‑party helpers and verify proper execution of assigned tasks.
• Segregate, weigh, label and store good and rejected materials appropriately.
• Raise behavior‑based safety observations and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• College graduate (minimum 4 years) with a technical degree or engineering background, preferably licensed in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Experience in food manufacturing, especially beverage production; aseptic experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizing, directing and communication abilities.
• Proactive work attitude and willingness to work hard.
