Electrical & Instrumentation Technician II

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician / Automation Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems in our Cabuyao factory.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and modify PLC and HMI programs; configure drives, sensors and instrumentation devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment, including wiring, cables and communication systems.
• Operate and maintain substations and power distribution equipment to ensure reliable factory power.
• Maintain documentation, drawings and maintenance reports; provide technical support during installations and upgrades.
• Follow safety, quality and environmental standards and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
• Experience (or willingness to learn) in troubleshooting industrial electrical, instrumentation or automation systems.
• Ability to work shifting schedules and a 6‑day work week in a factory environment.
