About the role
The Human Resources Manager aligns business objectives with employee and management needs across the designated site. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role supports leadership on all HR matters and ensures that HR initiatives drive organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Oversee benefit administration, compensation planning, and legal compliance.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and retention programs.
- Develop and deliver training and development initiatives.
- Ensure workplace safety and uphold HR best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a HR leadership role.
