Career Compensation Consultant

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Career Compensation Consultant to join its Career team in Manila. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on expanding business through rewards project delivery, networking, and prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver rewards projects with support from business and consulting leaders.
• Deliver group presentations and introduce existing and prospective clients to additional services and products to drive revenue.
• Manage small to complex rewards and performance‑management projects, providing technical advice for compensation surveys.
• Pursue sales leads, respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and lead opportunity meetings with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and/or consulting related to rewards, performance management, or competency frameworks.
• Demonstrated project‑management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication abilities that engage and clarify messages.
