HR Business Partner Manager – Bohol Site

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic HR support to the Bohol site, aligning people strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive employee experience. Reporting to the Account Lead, the HRBP will guide departments on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR services to assigned departments, including onboarding, performance management, and talent retention.
• Advise on HR best practices and intervene in junior‑ to mid‑level disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support the Account Lead and program managers on HR matters such as employee engagement, talent retention, and compliance.
• Ensure consistent application of the Code of Conduct and Discipline Management Process.
• Handle employee queries and escalations through HR channels.
• Facilitate focus group discussions, feedback sessions, and retention talks to address employee concerns.

Required profile

• College graduate in any Social Sciences discipline or equivalent education.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center environment.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written), customer‑service orientation, team orientation, and a drive for results.
• Ability to thrive in change, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, performance management, and planning/organizing.
