Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer provides end‑to‑end on‑site HR and administrative support to the assigned plant, acting as the primary HR representative and ensuring that HR programs, employee records, payroll documentation, and statutory compliance are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and safeguard employee files and personnel records in line with company policies and data‑privacy requirements.
• Prepare HR, manpower, and employee movement reports as needed.
• Process onboarding, transfers, promotions, regularizations, and separations.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime and coordinate payroll inquiries.
• Administer statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag‑IBIG, and assist employees with related applications.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, assist in disciplinary and grievance processes, and support employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies, and prepare documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and statutory benefit requirements.
• Ability to handle employee queries, maintain accurate records, and support payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with plant management.
