HR Associate – Entry Level (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

SC Johnson is building a talent pool of recent graduates for its HR Delivery Center in the Philippines. As an HR Associate you will be the first point of contact for employee HR queries, delivering a positive employee experience and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve requests using HR systems such as Workday and case‑management tools.
• Guide staff on HR policies, services and self‑service platforms.
• Handle multiple queries simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and overall employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience or familiarity with Workday HR system.
