Required profile

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements.
• Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates.

Required skills

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC).
• Experience with recruitment marketing.
• Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Background in technology or software development.
• Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing.
• Multi‑lingual capabilities.
