Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand and support workforce and organizational needs, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management processes, and talent development initiatives to foster a high‑performing culture.
• Drive recruitment, employee engagement, and retention initiatives that attract and keep top talent.
• Support organizational effectiveness by implementing people strategies and facilitating change management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations across all HR activities.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Demonstrate a strong background in employee relations and performance management.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
