Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to consistently represent and strengthen our employer brand across all recruitment activities. The role involves screening, evaluating, and profiling candidates for non‑agent positions while ensuring alignment with business needs and cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and enhance the organization’s employer brand at every candidate touchpoint.
• Screen, evaluate, and profile internal and external candidates for non‑agent roles.
• Develop deep understanding of hiring managers’ workforce needs and translate them into targeted candidate profiles.
• Participate in calibration calls and stakeholder discussions to align on job scope and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Transitions, and Operations teams to maintain transparency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Partner with the Recruitment Lead to post vacancies on multiple job platforms and support social‑media recruitment initiatives.
• Lead and optimise the Employee Referral Program (ERP) and Applicant Referral Program (ARP).
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer‑branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and applicant tracking system records.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and recruiters.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end corporate recruitment processes.
• Analytical ability to assess candidate fit against role requirements.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Taleo.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Zoho Recruit.
