About the role

Join a global payments leader as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, driving full‑cycle hiring for senior‑level and specialized positions across multiple business functions in Quezon City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned business areas, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, assess and qualify candidates using various channels and methodologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights and guide decisions.
• Present candidate shortlists, facilitate interviews and selection activities.
• Conduct assessments, interviews and reference checks to ensure high‑quality hires.
• Coordinate offer preparation, pre‑employment requirements and onboarding for a seamless new‑hire experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to manage workflows and report metrics.
• Identify and resolve complex recruitment challenges while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including professional, technical and senior‑level roles.
• Proven experience recruiting manager and senior‑manager positions across the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional talent markets and ability to engage high‑quality candidates.
• Experience analyzing recruitment data, talent trends and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while focusing on quality and candidate experience.
• Self‑motivated, independent and capable of sound judgment in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment.
