The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and partner, aligning HR strategies with the company's business goals. The role supports the organization by developing and implementing people strategies that drive performance, boost employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
• Strong understanding of retail business operations and workforce challenges
• Expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and influencing skills
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data‑driven insights
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR) – advantage
• Willingness to be assigned in Dasmarinas, Cavite
