Account Executive / Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive/Manager to join the Eatigo team within FUNNOW Group. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and reducing churn for our restaurant partners across the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with existing merchant partners to optimise their profiles, improve performance and upsell additional services.
- Support country‑level growth by analysing and enhancing restaurant performance metrics.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reviews for each merchant.
- Own the end‑to‑end relationship between Eatigo and partner restaurants.
- Update and fine‑tune discount structures to maximise value for both parties.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate restaurant promotions.
- Report directly to the Country Lead on progress and results.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Positive, adaptable, fast‑learning attitude with high professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and interest in scaling a tech‑driven startup.
