Business Development Manager

About the role

Exely is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on acquiring new hotel clients. After a three‑month training period, you will be expected to bring in at least five hotels per month while representing Exely’s online solutions across the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Travel extensively to meet hotel managers and present Exely Solutions, with roughly 70% of work conducted face‑to‑face.
• Generate leads through cold calling, cold visits, events, and collaboration with the marketing team.
• Handle inbound leads, convert them into customers, and maintain trusted relationships with hospitality professionals.
• Attend industry events as Exely’s representative and provide market research to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records and work diligently with the CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in Metro Manila, Philippines, with excellent communication skills and willingness to make phone calls and cold visits.
• Fluent in Filipino and advanced English, with proven active‑sales experience.
• Experience in TravelTech (OTAs, channel managers, booking software, or other SaaS hospitality products) is a strong plus.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships, take ownership of work, and collaborate effectively within a team.
