Key responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Use advanced sales techniques to drive revenue growth and increase conversion rates.
• Mentor and coach junior sales associates on product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of store product offerings, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to support the store’s competitive positioning.
• Assist in daily store operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
