Senior Tax Advisor (Asesor/a Fiscal)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Advisor to join our Fiscal team at Adlanter. The role involves providing comprehensive tax advice and compliance support to corporate clients in a dynamic, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fiscal compliance including filing tax models with the Bank of Spain and the Ministry of Economy.
• Provide international tax advice and support for cross‑border transactions.
• Advise companies on corporate income tax (IS) and value‑added tax (VAT) matters.
• Handle tax issues related to employee mobility, non‑resident workers, permanent establishments, and the Beckham regime.
• Coordinate with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) on requirements, inspections and procedural follow‑up.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to transparency, rigor, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to work collaboratively.
• Senior‑level experience in tax advisory and compliance.
