SAP SuccessFactors Professional Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients across Malaysia, Southeast Asia and globally. You will work with public‑sector, non‑profit and private organisations to digitise HR processes, improve employee experiences and drive sustainable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and lead delivery of SuccessFactors modules, from design through testing to deployment.
• Identify improvement opportunities, manage risk, quality, timeline and budget for each implementation.
• Apply best‑practice methodologies tailored to client culture and industry.
• Support the SAP practice with business development activities, proposal writing, pre‑sales demos and solution‑roadmap updates.
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Execute data‑migration activities and configure integrations using Integration Center and CPI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Digital HR and at least two full SAP SuccessFactors implementation cycles.
• Proven ability to deliver a SuccessFactors module independently or lead a small implementation team.
• Strong client‑relationship management skills and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
• Integrity, care for colleagues and a passion for driving change.
