ISO Compliance & Quality Systems Manager

About the role

MAKS is seeking a detail‑obsessed, process‑driven ISO Compliance & Quality Systems Manager to lead its ISO 9001 certification journey and build a robust quality infrastructure that supports the company’s growth in automotive electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end ISO 9001 certification process, including gap analysis, documentation, internal audits, corrective actions and liaison with certifying bodies.
• Design, implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 standards and adaptable to future certifications.
• Develop and manage quality documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, control plans and process maps.
• Own warranty data collection, analysis and reporting to identify failure trends, root causes and recommend preventive actions.
• Coordinate internal audits and management reviews, track non‑conformances and drive closure of CAPAs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching and process accountability across departments.
• Collaborate with production, customer service and leadership to embed quality checkpoints throughout operations.
• Establish KPIs for quality performance and regularly report insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, compliance or a related function.
• Proven experience leading or supporting an ISO 9001 certification process.
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, internal auditing and CAPA methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret warranty or operational data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
