HR Coordinator – People & Culture

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator will partner with the HR team at OceanaGold’s Didipio mine to ensure smooth HR operations, from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment and coordinate onboarding, ensuring new hires are effectively inducted.
• Maintain and update HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
• Ensure employee data is accurate, compliant, and well‑governed.
• Assist with HR marketing activities such as career fairs and social‑media initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Health & Safety) to support employee‑lifecycle processes.
• Provide general HR administration, including invoice processing and reporting.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Exposure to recruitment or generalist HR support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
