HR Business Partner – Contract (HR Generalist)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis. The role is focused on delivering end‑to‑end HR services, supporting both employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle HR operations, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Support performance management cycles and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Partner with business stakeholders on HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Address day‑to‑day HR queries and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR functions.
• Background in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Highly organized and capable of working independently.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
