Head of People Partnering, Philippines

About the role

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is hiring a Head of People Partnering for its Philippines Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Taguig City. The role leads the People strategy for one of LSEG's largest GCC locations, aligning global priorities with the local colleague experience, and advises on people strategy, leadership and best practices across all LSEG GCCs. It sits at the intersection of country leadership, business priorities and the global People function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the People strategy for the Philippines and build and lead a high-performing CPP team
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and advise GCC operations and project teams globally on the people implications of design choices
• Recommend leadership and workforce themes focused on capability, and share guidelines from large-scale GCC environments
• Develop the Philippines as a location of choice for talent and leadership, strengthening capability pipelines, internal mobility and retention
• Align country priorities with business and functional strategies and navigate matrix relationships across Country and Business People Partners, CoEs and colleague services
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, use engagement and workforce data to drive interventions, and coach leaders
• Provide expert guidance on employment practices, regulatory requirements and local workforce dynamics, and act as escalation point for complex people matters
• Shift the People Function toward insight-led, data-driven work and support the move away from process-heavy coordination

Required profile

• Senior HR leadership experience in complex, global organizations
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong judgment, problem-solving and communication skills
• Deep understanding of the Philippines employment landscape and governance
• Comfort with ambiguity, transformation and new ways of working
