Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

About the role

Marsh (Mercer) is looking for a Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst to join its Career Products Team in Manila, based in BGC, Taguig. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office, and contributes to the growth of existing and new Career business through Total Remuneration and Benefits Surveys, working closely with clients, operations and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industry surveys on marketing, data management and survey delivery with the Regional Industry Survey team, Operations and the Client Solutions Team.
• Present survey results effectively and train clients on using the online survey tool (WIN).
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and support business development by introducing other workforce products (TRS/TRD/MBM, publications, mobility) and identifying cross-business opportunities.
• Support senior consultants and business leaders on projects such as compensation structure design, benefits benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, competency frameworks, performance management and employee engagement surveys.
• Contribute 5%-10% to the Career revenue target.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in HR consulting, total rewards, compensation, performance management or related fields.
• Strong experience delivering compensation or workforce strategy projects in a client-facing setting; ideally with business development or sales experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience contributing to revenue targets and closing new business.
• Ability to manage consulting deliverables independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling survey or market data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Direct experience managing and delivering Total Remuneration and Benefits Surveys is a strong advantage.
