Associate, Rewards Consultant

About the role

Marsh is looking for an Associate, Rewards Consultant to join its Rewards Consulting team within its people and investments business. The role is based in Manila, Philippines, and is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will contribute to business development and pursue rewards consulting opportunities, working with project teams and clients to deliver analysis, support decisions and help expand client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to set annual revenue targets and lead business development, including generating leads and building a sustainable pipeline.
• Shape proposals and solution designs, and nurture upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead or support projects covering job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure design, sales and short-term incentive design, performance management, board evaluation, long-term incentive design, KPI setting and executive compensation benchmarking.
• Facilitate decision-making, manage and mitigate risks and ensure proper change control across projects.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects of project work and ensure the quality of their analyses.
• Develop expertise on industry and generic reward trends in the Philippines and share them with the market through surveys, networking and presentations.
• Contribute to Marsh HR & Leadership Academy workshops and promote the Marsh People brand.

Required profile

• More than 15 years of experience in rewards, performance management and HR consulting.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-shaping abilities, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• A wide network and industry relationships at senior HR and business level is a plus.
