Career Compensation Consultant

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Career Compensation Consultant to join its Career team in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will support the growth of existing and new business in Career by managing and delivering projects, networking and prospecting for existing or new products and services, while keeping pipeline projects closed. You will work closely with the Business Leader and Consulting Leader on the development and implementation of rewards for Mercer clients and on supporting sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver Rewards projects with support from the Business Leader, Consulting Leader and regional technical experts.
• Deliver group presentations and introduce existing and prospective clients to other services and products to drive revenue.
• Manage small to complex rewards and performance management projects, and support compensation survey management by giving advice and recommendations so clients respond effectively and projects run efficiently.
• Pursue sales leads, manage individual opportunities, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and lead opportunity meetings with clients.
• Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and/or consulting, related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Frameworks.
• Proven project management skills.
• Relevant experience in HR or consulting is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting that values innovation and challenges the status quo.
