US Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Mercer is seeking a US Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office, and the candidate must be comfortable working from 9pm to 6am Philippine time. The role covers recruitment support services, with a focus on interview scheduling, onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from interview scheduling, offer acceptance to submission of pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and business units.
• Communicate updates on pre-boarding processes and documents, partnering with candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers so that paperwork is provided, signed and returned.
• Maintain new hire data integrity by identifying missing or incomplete documentation, reviewing and analysing data and recommending improvements.
• Liaise with the HR Operations team to gather all required information and ensure data is complete.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree holder with a strong academic record.
• Seasoned Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional.
• Comfortable working from 9pm to 6am Philippine time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Task commitment, customer focus and service delivery.
• Nice to have: experience with Workday and ServiceNow, end-to-end recruitment background, and a background in shared services or supporting global colleagues.
