Founding Operations & Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Swiftpoint is building its first Philippine Innovation, Operations & Manufacturing Hub and needs a founding Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead the effort from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leadership to design, launch and scale the facility that will handle product assembly, warehousing, logistics and supplier development for a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Select and set up the initial facility, including layout, equipment and utilities.
• Develop and implement supplier relationships, quality systems and inventory management processes.
• Establish logistics, warehousing and distribution workflows to serve customers worldwide.
• Recruit, train and lead the local operations team as the hub grows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and procurement teams across New Zealand, China and other Asian partners.
• Travel internationally as needed to align with corporate strategy and supplier sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or scaling operations, manufacturing or supply‑chain functions, preferably in a start‑up or fast‑growth environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to design practical systems and execute them.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills, comfortable both planning strategically and working hands‑on.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines and work onsite.
