Country Manager – Philippines (Residential Energy Storage)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the expansion of a global battery energy storage technology company in the Philippines. The role focuses on building a market‑leading position for residential energy storage solutions, driving revenue growth and establishing strong channel partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Philippines growth strategy for residential battery energy storage.
• Lead all commercial activities, set annual business plans, sales forecasts and market development initiatives.
• Build and manage a nationwide network of distributors, dealers, wholesalers and installation partners.
• Identify and recruit new channel partners to accelerate growth and strengthen existing relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with major customers and partners.
• Collaborate with regional sales, technical support, product management, marketing, operations and supply chain teams.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions and other public events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership, preferably within the energy storage or related technology sector.
• Strong understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and the local energy landscape.
• Demonstrated success in channel sales management and building distributor networks.
• Ability to develop and implement market‑entry strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.
