Client Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our existing clients. The role focuses on retention, account growth, referral generation, and ensuring clients continuously derive value from our paid products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships.
• Proactively identify client needs, concerns, and opportunities to improve experience and drive retention.
• Understand each client’s goals and ensure they receive ongoing value from our offerings.
• Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through account expansion and increased product engagement.
• Build referral business by maintaining strong relationships and spotting referral opportunities.
• Monitor client engagement and product usage to flag accounts needing additional support.
• Conduct proactive outreach, gather feedback (NPS, CSAT), and coordinate actions to address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep accurate records of interactions and opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client success, customer success, account management, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with client satisfaction metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
• Ability to analyze product usage data to identify engagement trends.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
