Centralized Procurement Requestor (Source-to-Pay)

About the role

As a Centralized Requestor you will own the end‑to‑end Purchase Order lifecycle within Nestlé’s Source‑to‑Pay process. You will support the assigned Business Unit by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant procurement transactions while collaborating closely with markets and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and analyse operational reports (PR/PO, GR/IR, KPIs, performance).
• Ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with Nestlé policies and service level agreements.
• Prioritise and review procurement requests using analytical judgement.
• Lead operational meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Manage vendor lifecycle, including onboarding according to procurement policies.
• Oversee PO/PR creation, goods receipt, invoice processing and GR/IR resolution.
• Handle parked/blocked items, pending invoices and supplier follow‑ups.
• Identify trends, perform root‑cause analysis and drive problem‑solving.
• Support process‑improvement and standardisation initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries, requests and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Procurement experience preferred, with exposure to supplier quotation analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP.
• Ability to create and analyse KPI reports.
