About the role
Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as part of the Nestlé Business Solutions team. You will support global colleagues and clients by delivering accurate and timely credit note and deduction services in line with Service Level Agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily claims and deduction activities, posting credit notes or reinvoicing based on warehouse returns reports or CRC team requests.
- Collaborate with markets, Nespresso HQ, and the NBS Project Team to implement best practices for AR processes, especially credit note creation.
- Provide auditors with required information within agreed timeframes.
- Update and validate Standard Operational Procedures with market SPOCs annually or after major changes.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives (JDI, GSTD, DMAIC, etc.) and ensure proper project documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in teams.
