I2P Team Lead

About the role

The I2P Team Lead will supervise a team handling end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes, ensuring efficiency, high‑quality service, and compliance with SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports on AP tasks, plan daily operations, and ensure coverage of key areas.
• Manage escalated customer complaints, review KPI reports monthly, and execute corrective actions.
• Oversee month‑end AP activities, accurate reporting, and timely submission of required documents.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members, updating training materials for new hires and country‑specific requirements.
• Drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, policies, and work instructions, and provide operational visibility to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in full‑cycle Accounts Payable and accounting concepts.
• At least 5 years of AP operations experience and minimum 4 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with proven ability to develop teams.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center or BPO environment is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, Ariba or other ERP systems.
• Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities for data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of AP reconciliation, GRIR/Vendor account handling, and financial data analysis.
