BTQ Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

Joining Nestlé means becoming part of the world’s largest food and beverage company. The BTQ Demand & Supply Planner will support Nestlé Business Solutions by driving demand and supply planning for coffee, machines and accessories, ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute core configurations of new BTQ in Nessoft and activate new products in the boutique portfolio.
• Develop proposals and configure system parameters for minimum and maximum stock levels using historical data, demand analysis and storage capacity.
• Create accurate orders for BTQ and N‑Points, integrating consumer demand, promotional factors and delivery lead times.
• Manage ad‑hoc delivery requests, maintain optimal availability of non‑sales products, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare and deliver Out‑of‑Stock and Stock Cover reports to HQ, supporting proactive inventory management.
• Collaborate on inventory reconciliation, participate in operational meetings, and lead improvement projects for demand‑supply activities.
• Monitor KPIs, propose resolutions, and identify automation opportunities to enhance processes.

Required profile

• University or professional degree in economics or finance.
• Finance experience with strong analytical knowledge.
• Service orientation, problem‑solving and strong time‑management skills.
• High ethical standards, teamwork ability and self‑dependent working style.
• Advanced English proficiency.
