Record to Report Analyst – Night Shift

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is seeking a Record to Report Analyst for its night‑shift team in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The role supports global finance operations by handling general ledger, bank and inter‑company reconciliations, as well as fixed‑asset accounting. The analyst will ensure accurate period‑end reporting and meet key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to GL reconciliation, bank reconciliation, intra‑group and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Execute accounts reconciliation activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting during period‑end close.
• Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Investigate and resolve issues in line with market requirements.
• Collaborate with market teams and other streams to resolve issues.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years of basic accounting experience.
• Availability to work night shifts and start immediately.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel).
