Associate Director – Corporate Communications & PR

About the role

The Associate Director will lead Sagility Philippines’ corporate communications and public‑relations agenda, enhancing the company’s reputation, leadership visibility and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Global Brand & Corporate Communications team, the role ensures a consistent and differentiated Sagility narrative across the Philippines market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Philippines‑specific communications and PR strategy aligned with global brand priorities.
• Lead media relations, proactive PR, press releases, interviews, briefings and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Drive executive communications, including speeches, talking points, articles and leadership positioning.
• Craft compelling corporate and employee stories across healthcare, technology, AI, people and transformation.
• Support reputation, issues and crisis communications with messaging, Q&As and stakeholder outreach.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on employer‑brand and employee communications.
• Manage PR agencies, media partners, budgets and communications measurement.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism or a related field.
• Proven ability to counsel and work with senior leaders/CXOs.
• Strong experience in Philippines media relations and corporate reputation management.

Required skills

• Excellent storytelling, writing and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing PR agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital/social media and integrated communications.
