Brand Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s marketing objectives. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and collaborates with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communications across materials and activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, creative teams, suppliers, and agencies to execute brand initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store activations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with digital, creative, merchandising, and other teams for cohesive brand communication.
• Assist in managing marketing materials and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or campaign management (fresh graduates with relevant internships considered).
• Knowledge of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
