Senior Associate, Organic Search

About the role

Unisys is looking for a Senior Associate to lead its organic search initiatives within the Global Digital Marketing team. The role focuses on driving visibility across Google, Bing and emerging LLM platforms through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize organic search campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics platforms, reporting insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, manage internal linking, and recommend content adjustments.
• Collaborate with paid media, content, development and agency partners to ensure integrated search strategies.
• Stay current with SEO best practices and experiment with cutting‑edge techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on organic search management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven ability to handle multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEMRush, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Experience using Google Analytics and Excel for data analysis.
