Organic Growth and Optimization Executive

About the role

This role owns and handles SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO, building performance reporting and turning insights into continuous optimisation across search, AI answer surfaces and conversion pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Own and constantly optimise organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces, tracking rankings, coverage, referral quality and traffic.
• Identify page and journey leaks, design fixes and tests to lift conversion from visit to subscription, and validate results.
• Produce specific, prioritised optimisation recommendations with expected impact and rationale.
• Design and specify the test roadmap: hypothesis, variable, control and success measure; brief automation specialists and interpret outcomes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting across campaigns, channels, brands and the full acquisition funnel.
• Automate data pulls, refreshes, distribution and threshold alerts to surface variance automatically.
• Analyse performance drivers, separate real movement from mix effects and seasonality, and present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data team and external partners to ensure clean tracking, tagging and attribution.
