Remote Recruiter (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. You will build relationships with candidates, create talent pipelines, and support our clients in finding the right cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting for client locations, including creating job ads and talent attraction strategies.
• Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers and manage requisition and candidate activity.
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers and facilitate negotiations where applicable.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified and under‑represented candidates using web‑based job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, update resumes when needed, and track all activity in the ATS.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and distribute client/candidate satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Experience with internet recruiting systems and applicant tracking platforms.
• Ability to create reports and interpret recruitment data.
• Strong communication skills to act as liaison between hiring managers, clients and candidates.
• Proactive approach to sourcing passive talent and building long‑term relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS and web‑based job boards.
• Ability to craft effective Boolean search strings.
