HRIS Analyst – Employee Navigator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a tech‑savvy HRIS Analyst to support our Employee Navigator platform and other benefits technology solutions. The role is home‑based and involves providing technology assistance to internal teams and clients, managing enrollment data, and coordinating implementation projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise and day‑to‑day support for the Employee Navigator platform and any alternate benefits technology platforms.
• Implement and maintain internal processes for data collection templates and client‑specific benefit rules.
• Execute testing scenarios during system implementations to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with service providers to set up Electronic Data Interfaces as needed.
• Deliver technology education and enrollment support during open enrollment periods.
• Assist Account Executives and Benefit Strategists with technology‑related needs.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation for benefits technology implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a technology or systems role within the health insurance industry.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or align with US operating hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Employee Navigator platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new software applications.
